Theodore Ramirez began playing drums at age 12 and has always been fascinated with harmony and melody, even behind an instrument that doesn’t get enough credit for being melodic. Music in high school allowed Theodore to explore melodic percussion instruments as he began composing and arranging pieces for the entire percussion line. This motivated him to compose an original piano album as he continued to grow a desire to capture emotion through music. After high school, Theodore went on to study Jazz, Fusion, Rock, Funk, Latin, and Percussion, earning an AA in Music Performance from the Los Angeles College of Music.

Theodore is currently studying Music Composition for Film, TV, and Games through Berklee College of Music. He also drums for internationally touring band, The Rocket Summer, is a regular session player for bands of every genre when he's home, and regularly composes a variety of projects. Some composing credits include Matrimony Media, Journeys, Rise Up Intl., Benjamin Zucker Photography and more.
